Web Authoring Tools

The tools I use for web authoring are listed here. Basically, when it comes to software I'm a cheapskate and I generally try to use, as far as possible, freeware and special deals off magazine cover CD's. This stuff isn't state of the art or cutting edge, but it gets the job done. (Well, I think so, after seeing this site you may have other ideas!)

Besides, the real reason for putting this entire site web together was to find out how to put a web site together - the less technical help I get from my tools the more I learn.
